Lake Cumberland is the most visited lake in the north eastern United States. Our 10 acres is located off of the south west corner of the Lake Cumberland, a beautiful piece of property, part of an original tract of 100 acres, of lush, Kentucky country side. Development has been active and robust in the area.
Sitting at the intersection of Highway 76 and State Road 1611, are TWO RV and camping resorts. There are also two residential sub-divisions under construction, one a gated community within approximately 2 miles to the south. Multi-family units are also being constructed just 3 miles from the Resorts.
The closest town is Eli, larger communities of Russell Springs and Somerset both within a 20-mile radius.
The proposed project, “LakeView Rentals and Banquet Hall” will consist of the following; two extended lodges/buildings that will hold 5 one- and two-bedroom rental units, for a total of 10. Additionally, there will be one large pavilion banquet hall, with a seating capacity of between 300 and 400 people. This project will sit on 10 acres, purchased from the adjacent resort. The electric and water lines are already brought to the edge of the designated 10 acres. Covenants to the purchase of the 10 acres will be the rights and privileges of the Resorts amenities. This includes use of the pool (construction to start in February/March) laundry, shower and restroom facilities, kiddy’s playground, and pet park.

The other adjacent resort has 50 acres that is currently being developed into 60 lots, a two and one-half acre secured entry boat/RV/vehicle rental storage facility, 10 individual cabins, and 80 concrete pads with power and water for RV rentals.
By the addition of this project, with the banquet hall, this development becomes the premier destination resort complex in a state that enjoys almost double-digit growth of its tourism each and every year.
